LCP 4020.3 PUMP
Analytical Pump LCP 4020.3 is new type of pumps with a new concept of pumping block with main and auxiliary pump pistons connected in series. Further, when compared with the previous types, it also has a smaller diameter of the sapphire piston (1/8") and seals from Bal-Seal company. Flow-rates ranging is from 0.01 to 10 ml/min. A maximum operating pressure of 35 MPa.
The pump is built-in a new case with a number of new features as follows:
- Control is performed by means of a membrane keyboard
- Pressure range selector and pressure protection of 1:10 (for gel permeation chromatography)
- Continuos flow-rate setting (using rotational potentiometer)
Moreover, the unit is equipped with the following:
- Indicator of current pressure
- Electronic safeguard of maximum operating pressure
- Piston seals and ball valves provided by well-known companies
- Back-flushing of pistons
- Electronic pulse compensation
